If you have a furnished apartment in the center
of Paris (1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, 16th ardt),
with an elevator or not higher than 4 floors, we can give you a return
on your investments.
You can use your apartment when needed.
We will select the customers for you, do the cleaning of the apartments,
do the maintenance, furnish linen and towels and pay you every month
by bank transfer.
Conditions
- The apartment must be furnished and in good repair (electricity,
plumbing, bedding, WC ...)
- Fully equipped kitchen (if possible washing-machine or dishwasher
with directions for use)
- A colour TV with remote control
- A phone line with tax meter in order to survey the expenses of the
customers
- A precise inventory of the apartment
- 3 keys minimum (one for us, two for the customer)
- If possible, pictures and plan of the apartment
When we run apartments, we handle everything free for the owner.
Example : advertising, visits, reservation, security deposit, check
in & out, maintenance at cost,...

Frequently Asked Questions
Duration of the contract ?
The contract between the owner and us is for 3 months minimum and can
be renewed.
Payment ?
We pay you every month by bank transfer according to the occupancy day
number.
We will agree on a monthly rent which will prorate to a daily basis.
What is the guaranty for the furniture ?
We require a credit card imprint to our customers and give it back at
the end of the stay after checking the inventory.
Telephone consummation ?
You keep your international line.We reimburse you all the consummation
Our company will organize with France Telecom a system to monitor the expenses of the customers
.
How much can I expect ?
You can expect around 20€/m2/month.
Ex : 40 m2 in the 15th ardt can reach 1000€/month (depends on the occupancy).
