La Residence in Savigny sur Orge Rooms are very private and very quiet, furnished
with bed, table, wardrobe, light, blankets, pillow.
You share the 8 showers and 7 toilets , kitchens and a common
area with Cable TV . The building is large, newly renovated
and very clean. There is a pay phone at cost. Internet is free.
There is a very good atmosphere with international students.
It is outside of Paris, only 20mn by subway to the center
of Paris and the Residence is only 200 yards away from the
station.

Porte d'Orléans (single occupancy): they are very
small, from 70 square feet to 120 square feet, at the metro
Porte d'Orléans. 8 th floor with elevator in a very good quality
stone building.The rooms cost 380 € (for rooms 1,2 & 3) 305 €
(for rooms 4 & 5) per month, 3 months minimum (or 460 € for only one
month). They are very clean but fit only one person.

The security deposit doesn't cover the first
month rent. It is refunded the day you leave, if everything
is OK. You have to pay the room in advance at the beginning
of each month. You can also pay the whole stay at your arrival.
All the rentals are of one month minimum.
You can arrive any day you want , but every biweek started
is due.
for example:If you're planing on staying from the 6th of april
to the 7th of may, you'll be charge for the whole month of
april plus half of may.
